Outrun the Inspector in Subway Surfers
Subway Surfers is one of the world's most recognized endless runners, developed by Kiloo and SYBO Games. You play as Jake — a young graffiti artist caught tagging a subway train — and must
sprint down the tracks while dodging the grumpy inspector and his dog who are hot on your heels.
The goal is simple: run as far as possible without crashing. But the tracks are alive with obstacles — oncoming trains on multiple lanes, wooden barriers, overhanging signs, and gaps that demand quick reflexes. The longer you
run, the faster the world moves, and a single mistake ends your run instantly.
Controls
- ⬅️➡️ Arrow Left / Right (or A / D): switch lanes
- ⬆️ Arrow Up (or W): jump over barriers and trains
- ⬇️ Arrow Down (or S): roll/slide under low obstacles

Power-Ups and Coins
As you run, golden coins are scattered across all three lanes. Collecting them lets you purchase upgrades and power-ups between runs. In-run power-ups spawn on the tracks and activate automatically when you grab them:
- 🚀 Jetpack: lifts you above the tracks entirely, collecting coins automatically for several seconds.
- 🧲 Coin Magnet: pulls nearby coins toward you without needing to be in the exact lane.
- ✖️ Score Multiplier: doubles (or quadruples) your point earnings for a limited time.
- 👟 Super Sneakers: boosts jump height so you can clear taller obstacles and reach rooftop coins.
- 🛹 Hoverboard: acts as a one-time crash shield — if you collide while riding, the board breaks instead of ending your run.

How to Set Higher Scores
- Prioritize Score Multiplier upgrades in the shop — a higher base multiplier compounds fast on long runs.
- Use hoverboards when the speed is very high to buy yourself a safety buffer.
- During Jetpack, steer aggressively to collect every coin in the air — those add up quickly.
- Complete daily missions; they grant keys which can revive your run once per session.
- Stay centered as much as possible — it gives you a split-second more time to read both side lanes.
Tips for Staying Alive Longer
- 🎯 Watch the gap between trains, not the trains themselves — that gap is your lane.
- 🔄 At high speeds, commit to lane changes early rather than last-moment swerves.
- 🧠 Combine jump + slide for obstacles that require ducking just after a jump (timing must be tight).
- ⚡ Keep a charged hoverboard active before attempting very high score sessions.
- 🏆 Weekly Hunt challenges give bonus rewards — always check what the current target object is before running.
